> 3 dayWhats NOT in the box, at least the box shipped to me: The VGA cable and the HDMI cable. Thanks, guys. Ive also never had a new monitor that needed so much adjustment to settings to actually use. I could not actually expand any open application to view it on the screen -- it merely showed in my system tray at the bottom. I finally called Dell support, outsourced to a third party located heaven knows where. I could barely hear the person speaking, and he could barely speak discernable English. I understand that English is not the first language of people working in India or wherever Dell has moved its support (so that it can pay people 12 cents a day), but when youre serving customers in English-speaking countries, a certain fluency and clarity through ones accent would seem to be a prerequisite for hiring. Dell Support could not help me solve the display problems and did not care about the missing parts (told me to call another number, which turned out to be a dead line). I finally gave up and have returned the product for a refund. Got a similar HP monitor, and while I might expect a similar experience if I needed to call HP support, I didnt have that need. Plugged it, played it. The way it should be. Not impressed, Dell.

> 3 dayI cant believe the markup on these things now! I purchased one 22 months ago for $119 and glad I did when I did. Im a little upset that since its so lightweight, it fell forward one day when it wasnt on a balanced surface and received an annoying 1.5 long black scuff mark on the left bottom of the screen. The bezels are decent, the whole unit feels kinda flimsy though. The rear plastic collects dust and fingerprints very easily. Not sure if its the monitor itself, my display adapter settings, or where I messed around over brightening it, but theres alot of smearing and these odd blocky artifacts whenever dark/black video is displayed (like a youtube transition) that drives me nuts sometimes. Great display, but not for $200.

Greater than one weekThis is a fantastic monitor. I do not use it for gaming or watching movies, this purely serves as my secondary monitor to my MacBook Pro. I’ve given it four stars because when I did try to play a movie from an iMovie project, there was some lag but otherwise the refresh rate is great and it is seamless with my MacBook Pro. When watching video on YouTube near flawless! Great value for money, highly recommend it.

> 3 dayMonitor is excellent, but be advised there are no hole to mount to a stand. Found out the hard way after buying a stand up desk.

Greater than one weekI was looking for a 24 inch monitor for my WFH setup and evaluated and compared several brands but this one stood out, mainly for 2 reasons - 1. Eye-friendly flicker free screen 2. Very small footprint - the stand takes up very little space on my table. Id say this feature beat out a couple of other very comparable monitors Other highlights (after 2 weeks of usage) - Vertical Viewing angle is adjustable (albeit to a small degree) - Super easy setup - was able to unbox, assemble and set it up in 10 minutes - No glare - The screen does not have a reflective surface. Also, the brightness can be sufficiently reduced to avoid stressing the eyes - Comes with a pretty long HDMI connector

> 3 dayI had an older Dell 20 HD monitor and because I use my desktop so much, I wanted a larger and better quality monitor. My older 20 widescreen was from 2012 so I figured the picture quality on this had to be a lot better; its not. Its about the same. This is clearly and everyday use monitor. I agree with another reviewer. The image is not all that sharp. But at this price point, I think the monitor is fine for everyday use. This monitor eliminates the old video cable and uses the HDMI instead. It does come with an HDMI cable. I am irritated by one minor factor. I noticed when I put the stand into the monitor that the monitor is ever so slightly off balance. This clearly is a quality control issue! Ugh. The screen tilts a fraction and there is absolutely nothing I can do to correct it. If I try to bend the base the plastic stand arm will surely break off. Probably not worth sending back, but a sign that quality control at Dell has slipped.

Greater than one weekThe screen size and display are perfect for my small in-home office area. The only drawback, the monitor height can not be adjusted. I wish I could raise it, without having to place the base on a book or monitor stand. Obviously, not something I looked for when reading the design details.

> 3 dayI am not gaming or doing graphic work, so Im not getting into details of screen focus or graphics details. The colors are bright and good and the clarity is fine. I gave picture quality 4 stars only because Im used to glass screen and I havent used this screen for any movies, etc. Cant say its perfect, and again, Im used to a higher quality screen. Nice thin streamlined style and size. Very pleasing aesthetically. And since its just for paperwork, I cant comment about watching movies on it or gaming, but pleased so far as is and really happy with its overall look, design and stability. Good screen size for a few document windows open. I needed this as a second screen for document work. I am also not a PC person and so did a lot of reviewing for other screens to be sure. I am very happy so far. It hooked up to Mac computer very easily with purchase of Thunderbolt to HDMI cord. My Mac computer is about 5 years old, so I needed that adapter (Can buy approx. $5 and up. I only spent $8 on my adapter). It will depend on what you are hooking this screen up to if or what you might need. The main thing is I could not spend a lot of money, but didnt want uber cheap product. Pretty much I stuck with Dell for screen brand right from beginning. Trying to stay under $150. It is great screen for the price. The base looks nice and is Stable! I only paid about $130 for this screen and it is worth it. There are screens cost less, but spending an extra $20-$30 on this was a good decision and I almost spent $40 more on different model, but glad I went back to this model. Its a good screen in this price range and for what I need it for. There were many screens within the $100-$200 range and I am glad I backed down from a more expensive one to this one. Also this is a more recent model than some others in similar price range. Nice Screen!

> 3 dayLoved this monitor, and have been using it every week as I am working from home now with COVID. This week, a yellow streak appeared in the screen that does not go away with adjustments or new chords. Super sad that my brand new monitor is now defective. I own a second one of these monitors that was used, and it has had no issues. Confused why my new one would have this defect.
