> 24 hourNeeded an extra docking station for use at home. This works so well. I tried a universal unit that wouldn’t work that actually cost me more than this unit. Very happy.

> 24 hourThe fan noise on this was so loud that it disrupted calls and was very distracting. Went from 0 to 100 every minute or so for just a few seconds, even though the unit was not hot. Called Dell with my free new computer support and the updated the firmware driver....still didnt stop the noise or fan function. Sad, but returning it to buy a different model because the plugs and other functionality were just fine for my Dell XPS 9500 that unfortunately takes 180W charging dock if I want to eliminate my power cord.

> 24 hourI ordered 3 of these. The first one out of the box still had the previous owners inventory sticker on it, and it wouldnt power on. And its not a small sticker - its 2 inches by 3 inches, in silver. The second one has a broken USB port - the blue plastic protecting the wires is missing. Both of these should have been fixed even before sending them back out, or in the case of the second one, not even sent. The third one has random USB connect/disconnect issues. Im returning all three for a refund. I dont want to both with more flaky renewed ones.

> 24 hourReplace similar product From Amazon that broke when using in home office. Integrated usb c cabling separated from pins. This device replaced it. Hope it. Lasts longer.

> 24 hourSo I guess its my fault for not reading but you cant use the usb to hdmi at the same time you are using the hdmi. Also, the actual reason I would put 3 stars is that the fan is noisy in an unpleasant way.

> 24 hourI cannot get the multi monitor function to work. I have another dell dock from dell that works fine. I have updated drivers and dock firmware, but going to the support page on DELL.COM and entering the dell service or express tag, DELL says this is not a valid number. The included power supply is not original DELL it is an aftermarket supply.

> 24 hourThe fan didn’t work then started working intermittently. It would come on for seconds then Cut off and come back on about 7 or 8 times in a row then nothing for hours and sometimes days. They sent me a second one and the fan has yet to come on and I have had it a few weeks now.

> 24 hourDisplayport video outputs do not work with new LG 32 4k monitors. Audio outputs stopped working as well after driver/bios update. The computer is a brand new Dell Latitude 5310. Dell is consistently trash throughout the PC market; its awful that they are able to dump their trash at or below cost throughout the business market.
