I bought it as my “personal item” (instead of my purse) and it served its purpose well, but I also remembered why I don’t like carrying big shoulder bags through the airport… they hurt my shoulder after awhile.

> 24 hourWhen I saw this Delsey tote on Amazon at an amazing price I quickly ordered it. I used it for our Christmas trip to New York only to find the strap peeling. Its very flimsy but it holds a lot. I would not recommend it if youre looking for genuine leather but if you need something to hold a lot go ahead and purchase it.

> 24 hourIt would have been nice if I actually had received what I ordered which was the angora (white) tire however, it was not to be do. I ordered this tote twice in angora and twice I was sent navy. The navy was $15 less than the angora so naturally I returned it for a full refund. After reordering this item in white, I received another navy. The sad thing is that blue is clearly indicated on the box if someone would take a moment and read it. Now trying to order the angora color it is showing currently unavailable. I believe it was never available and they believed that if sent the navy one most ppl would just keep it. Like I said I purchased the bag for a total of $82 and the navy cost a mere $65 so why would anyone just keep it?. This order was ridiculous and was the worst one ever. If you buy something hold them accountable for what you purchased and paid for and don’t merely accept what they choose to give you.
