> 3 dayWe ordered a Champagne Bronze grab bar and thats what we got the first time. We decided we wanted a second one but what arrived did not match. We figured out it was probably Polished brass. My wife called Delta to find out if they often have these sort of problems and if anything could be done about it. But she waited for over and hour before the rep transferred her, and then she waited over an hour before giving up. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE by Delta.
