Just installed this on our playset. Overall seems good. I like the plastic over the triangle parts near the seat where my little kids will grab on. Only issue is that the plastic coating has caused one the chain links to be significantly improperly positioned--it is stuck in the middle instead of at the bottom which gives the chain a weird kink in one place. That being said the imperfection doesnt seem to cause functional issues (so far, weve only been using it for a day) so Im still happy with the product overall.

It LOOKS sturdy and durable; only time will tell. It looks like a safe and fun swing for the toddlers. They havent visited yet, so dont have experience to report.

We love this swing as does our 1 year old. The only con would be the hardware included seemed inadequate for swing installation and use. We chose to upgrade the hardware which cost more but we felt it worth it.

Our Grandson loves it and we know that he is safe and secure it.
