It is a very cute hand carry with so much functionality, and the laptop zip is amazing!

I returned it because it seemed so flimsy and I did not believe that it would hold up for our mission trips or international travel. I would not recommend this item for international travel where you need to depend on sturdy wheels and handles.

Does not always roll smoothly, but otherwise liked it very much

Bought this for a recent trip where we were trying to avoid having to check bags. I was happy with how much I was able to fit inside, despite it not having outside pockets I am used to in soft-side bags. My husband got the same brand of suitcase in a different model, and his wheels work better than mine when trying to push it on all 4. Mine kept wanting to turn to the side instead of staying straight like his seemed to. If I pulled it behind me on just 2 wheels, I had no issues, but it was a bit tricky trying to push it in front of me. Since I am so used to the models that you pull behind you anyway, its not that big of deal, but wish it worked slightly better. The expandable capability and extra hidden pouch are an added bonus. I would give it a 5 if the wheels worked slightly better, but overall I am happy with it, and I love the turquoise color I got as well.

Love, love, love this suitcase! It’s perfect. I was able to pack 7 days worth of clothes and bring back souvenirs in Hawaii! I bought it for my upcoming trip to Thailand. It’s a great buy!

Good value for the money compared to other similar sizes.

After purchasing 2 other suitcases I settled on this one. I couldn’t be happier. It’s very easy to maneuver. The color looks great and the laptop pocket in the middle is great.

The carry on is beautiful, however it came damage, which it’s a shame... it had one of the little baggies broken, also one of the wheels is smaller
