In the past I have had very little to complain about but the last box I purchased appears to have some flaws. In the past I could even wear one for pretty much all day and unless I had unusually heavy leakage the held together just fine. The last ones I ordered have a problem with the inner liner and absorbent material coming lose and falling out at very embarrassing times, The lining doesnt seem to hold across the back at the waist band. I havent sent them back because I keep hoping its just a couple of them that are bad.

The back needs more room for a higher waistline. I have to pull up all the time. So the filling starts coming out when the back opens up.

These seem to fit better than the Depends I was purchasing at the store--must be a different style? Occasionally, when pulling up the section over the bottom, the pants will tear along the waistband area. Very happy to have these for my husband. They fit him well and are not bulky or visible under his pants.

I purchase these disposable pull up underwear for a close 62 year old male friend who suffers from prostate cancer. He was diagnosed as being stage 4 and chose 1 of the surgery options that were recommended by his doctors. While the cancer is under control his bladder control is not. It is a little on the expensive side but it is very absorbent and fits snugly around the thighs preventing leakage most of the time. My friend reports back to me that he wear them to bed at night because they are rugged and seldom leaked at night. He cautions that you got to treat them with care and not yank them on stretching them out of shape. Because of the cost he only wears them to bed or when he goes to the doctors and wants to make sure he isnt embarrassed because they leaked and wet his outer pants. They do work well for him and seldom wets the bed when he wears them. Laundering bedding is expensive especially because he has to use coin-op machines. Laundry, another expense that he was not prepared for. He recommends to try to remember not to yank them on and stretch them out of shape. Those dressing stick aids used to pull up underwear or pants can put a hole in the underwear and tear the paper. Like he says after all they are paper and they will stretch and tear just like most of the products do some time or another. I purchase them here on Amazon because they have the best deal and quick to ship them.

Horrible odor and will not buy again. I can’t get past the odor that are in these pants. If you can stand the odor, you will like everything else about them. They are very soft around the waist and not binding. They are comfortable and move with body movements and do make noise like other. PU

One thing I appreciate about Depend as a brand is their commitment to providing incontinence products that look and feel like regular underwear. The last package we opened are horrible. My husband wears a pair one night & the next morning they are falling apart inside. The previous packages were perfect. I am going to try another brand for comparison.

I need a bigger size ,.....I ordered XL , needing the XXL size instead

My needs can be met fairly well with shields and guards but occasionally I have an urgency when there is no facility available. These are so comfortable I cant tell them from regular briefs and on the rare occassions when I really needed the protection it was there. The comfort and increase utility are worth the added price.
