I ordered this camera because I dropped a thumb drive in a crack between my bathroom vanity and wall. There is a half inch gap that needs trim but alas I have not gotten around to covering it, so this was bound to happen eventually.

Whether Im working on my car, or on my house, this is a great inspection camera. Lots of length with a perfectly rigid cable and super bright light that can be switched on and off. There are 2 camera on the end to aid in getting the perfect angle no matter what your trying to look at and the tablet has an awesome picture that is complimented by the excellent cameras. Absolutely nothing bad about this thing. Buy with confidence

First-off: weve used a number of different borescopes around the shop and home. Theyre extremely useful for doing non-invasive inspections (read: you dont have to destroy things to get at things). Some of our uses: drain-snaking to find sources of blocks, inside bicycle frames to inspect for damage or dropped parts, inside walls looking for signs of mold.

I really like that this endoscope is an industrial quality, self-contained device. The large, clear display is well-matched with the 2 high-resolution cameras, and it provides vivid images that can be stored as either time-stamped photos or videos that can be easily saved and replayed. The long, stiff cable allows the cameras to be inserted and positioned with minimal effort. Lighting for the cameras is adjustable and more than adequate. Ive used other devices that require a smart-phone, but this one is just more convenient. It comes with a handy carrying case, and its up and running immediately when I push the On button. Very pleased and highly recommended!

Jai commandé cet endoscope pour visualiser les endroits inaccessible. Il est livré dans une mallette avec des protections en mousses pour ne pas lendommager lors de son transport. Le boitier de contrôle a un écran 5 bien lumineux et lisible où lon visualise en direct les images de la caméra et où lon règles les options. Les boutons à la droite de lécran permettent dallumer lappareil, activer la lumière derrière lécran, accéder aux réglages, régler la lumière de lécran ou de la caméra, passer dune caméra à lautre et prendre une photo (appui rapide) ou lancer une vidéo (appui long puis second appui pour arrêter).

First thing that stood out to be about the Depstech DS550DL is the excellent quality of the screen. I find this type of device so much simpler to use than the type you have to connect to a phone or tablet. Its hassle free and just works. Second of all, the screen is an IPS panel which produces a sharp clear image and is visible at all angles. Its so much easier to see whats going on, especially when youre at an awkward angle, compared to TFT panel screens which wash out or become hard to see at angles.

Nice case to keep this in. It all comes packaged nicely with a case that keeps it secure and damage free. After unwrapping and using this, I am happy with it. The flexible cable is a benefit. It is flexible enough to get the right angles and in tight spots, but just rigid enough to keep it from wandering off in a direction you’re not wanting.
