Derby Laces Rainbow Mirage Spark Shoelace for Shoes, Skates, Boots, Roller Derby, Hockey and Ice Skates

Within 15 minutes of having these on my skates, they ripped to pieces from doing two knee taps (thank goodness for duct tape getting me through practice). Other laces Ive bought of the same brand lasted me months.

Loved the colour but it still kept slipping while my daughter skated.

Got these earlier this week and only skated with them one practice.... One lace is already halfway frayed. Cant believe that theyll hold up past a second practice, wont even want to keep em on my skates to risk it. Too bad because they ARE really cute.

I have several pairs of these laces. This was the only pair that did not hold up for very long, I believe due to the sparkly nature of the materials. I do all of my skating outside and have to tie my laces pretty tight. I am not sure if that is why they started unraveling so quickly at the tie point and at the eyelet holes. With that being said I really do support and love the derby laces product and will continue to purchase (I love changing up my colors), I will just purchase the non sparkly laces instead.

These laces are fantastic, I wore them in my hiking boots and walked over 60 miles! They do not loosen like regular laces do, so I didnt have to keep stopping to retie. Im so happy with them!

Really cute and reflects in the sun! They really spice up my skates look too. They are very sturdy and stay laced up even at the skate park.

Change out the laces in a pair of Moxi skates for these. Stunning look! The color changes with the light, looks great with lots of different skate colors. Laces are kind of stiff, due to the metallic material, but that actually seems to help them stay tied, so it’s really a plus. Have had no issue with any of the lace coloring rubbing off onto the skates, as an insert in the package they came in warms about. Additional bonus: the laces came with a cool brand sticker inside the package!

Super fun way to add a little something to boring shoes!! I bought weight training shoes, but they didnt have options that were anything but black and white. Thanks to these fun laces, my shoes are a little more fun to look at! ;) Laces are rough, so they dont slip untied. They are thick, so if your shoe holes are small, it may be a tight fit.
