The bag is pretty, but the one wheel assembly was put on crookedly and looked like someone had smashed the rivet and the plastic around it was damaged. Secondly, the name plate, Steve Madden was put on upside down! Are they not doing any quality control there? The bag is out for repair at the manufacturers cost, but now I do not have a rolling work bag, like I had wanted for my job. Im told it may take a month or more for repair. I wished that Amazon would have permitted me to return it and get one that was flawless, but they said that they could not do that. Its pretty, but not sure of the quality. Well see how long it lasts after it is returned to me. The next time, I will purchase a similar bag made by Samsonite. I went to the repair facility and that bag appears much sturdier.

This product was spacious, easy to pack, with lots of pockets. Also easy to maneuver and fitted perfectly under aircraft seat.

Everything is great, even love how many different storage compartments there are. The only con is having the designers name everywhere.

I have gotten many compliments. I love the different compartments it has for storing personal and work related items.

ITS A FAKE! The gold “Steve Madden” plate is slanted. There’s rust and goo all around the inside screws. It was put together very poorly! It feels cheap, like it won’t last a week! The wheels feel like they are going to pop off any minute! Don’t waste your money!!!!!
