Loved the carry on bag. Used the First time...kept the contents light for maneuverability, checked the bag. Picking it up in baggage claim to find a seam split open in the corner......now to determine how to fix the open seam to use again...very disappointing.

I like the organization of the interior. Wheels are horrible on low pile carpet. Just about tripped over myself because they literally did not move while walking from a smooth service to low pile carpet at the airport. I travel weekly so I need wheels that move without hesitation. It’s a pretty bag though

Wife loves the set she has, has the tan and purple. My sister wanted the 20”, but in black trim. Bought this for her. She loves it.

purchased for my granddaughter- she loved it! perfect size! had to re-stich the zipper where stitching was apart upon arrival. I fixed since I didnt have time to return.

Havent used it yet but very happy with how it looks. Deep bottom, lots of pockets. Im a frequent traveler and am looking forward to testing it out soon.
