I’m not dissatisfied at all. I’ve always heard these things break or only work for a couple months. Well, like all the deWalt products I’ve purchased it’s solid and and holds up to my “tough on tools” job. Thumbs up!

GREAT product, saves my arm and is fairly lightweight for what all it is.

I would give it 5 stars,however the grease tip came cross threaded from the factory

No case. No battery. No charger.

I love this grease gun. It’s high volume so doesn’t take long to grease any fitting. I’m a big truck mechanic, I wish I would have bought this gun earlier.
