Extremely rigid. Will actually eat through light gauge metal. Great for cleaning flux core stringer beads.

Pictures show Made in Spain, but it is made in China. Performs like you would expect from a Chinese product. Plenty of Made in USA available for the same price.

I trust Dewalt tools and accessories and I wasnt disappointed with this.

For Christmas I bought my spouse a grinder for his welding career. These pieces are much more expensive in store! This is an amazing deal and worked perfectly. Will buy again!

I use these for all sorts of metal prep and paint/rust removal during car restorations. They seem to last a very long time, so I always look for them. Yes you should use a face shield when using an aggressive wire wheel like this. I really like a good one like the Lincoln face shield. Please be safe, gloves, long sleeves, face shield and you will get the results you are after. If you are going to paint the surface afterwards, be aware this disk is aggressive, so if you are looking for a glass smooth surface, you will need to prime and sand to get there. This disk will remove material including the metal surface you are cleaning.

This wire wheel worked well and stood up as expected. It appears to be well made & I will purchase the same one when this one wears out.

Great wheel hardly any wire comes out and sticks into you like most wheels.Love the product dewalt is great as usual.
