The Diamond end delivers the heat all the way to the tip. Typically, you have a higher internal heat with the tip being colder. The high thermal conductivity lets the heat to be delivered to the tip letting you drop your internal temperatures. The polished end make for some beautiful ironing moves. Im using this 0.8mm on a volcano head and made a gold plated copper core to act as an insert adapter. Easily running >40mm^2/sec (still pushing it higher in testing). Use this machine for printing equipment boxes to hold components, covers, etc.. It is a big machine and needed to push some material accurately.

Make sure the threaded section matches you current nozzles. It was too short for my Ender 5 S1 and caused it to get clogged.

The nozzle has the best qualities in every category. Thermal conduction is fantastic. The polished, small end squishes the filament bead perfectly and just glides over the lay down. The price is $$$, but the old saying- you get what you pay for definitely applies. Longevity is next, but that is unknown, but being diamond, I would assume very long. Love it!!

Nozzle kept clogging despite the companys claims that the diamond insert made this impossible. Swapped it out with a hardened steel nozzle so I could get back to work. Not worth the price.

I’ve been using their other offering on my all metal e3d v6, but my Creatbot F430 hasn’t gotten the same treatment. That’s all changed now, and the wait has been worth it. Beautiful prints, my only wish is it went up to 500c so I could use it for PEEK.

It works awesome on my Neptune 3 Pro. The best thing about this nozzle is filament will not stick to the diamond.

All I can say is wow this nozzle prints absolutely perfectly. I have a Voxelab Aquila (Ender 3 v2 clone) with Ender Sprite DD extruder and the MK8 version of this nozzle works perfectly. Seems like nothing sticks to the nozzle and prints are silky smooth. Nozzle is not cheap but way worth it IMO.

I got this a month ago and have printed non stop with it. So far it has worked perfectly. Taulman CF nylon goes through it like a dream. Ive also printed a lot of PLA + and some TPU (90A and 95A). I havent had any clogging issues. Ive had a couple of different Micro Swiss hardened nozzles on two different printers but always had issues, probably due to heating. The Diamondback nozzle fixes that issue and I can actually print an average of 5 degrees cooler. This nozzle is on a CR10S with a MicroSwiss NG Direct drive and all metal hot end. Despite the cost I would buy this nozzle again, although I would hopefully be able to time it with a black Friday sale.

Yeah, its pricey. I wish it were cheaper too. It also delivers on all its promises. It stays clean, It prints with fantastic detail and so far no clogs. A noticeable improvement over the stock brass on the Ender S1.
