The nozzle has the best qualities in every category. Thermal conduction is fantastic. The polished, small end squishes the filament bead perfectly and just glides over the lay down. The price is $$$, but the old saying- you get what you pay for definitely applies. Longevity is next, but that is unknown, but being diamond, I would assume very long. Love it!!

Yeah, its pricey. I wish it were cheaper too. It also delivers on all its promises. It stays clean, It prints with fantastic detail and so far no clogs. A noticeable improvement over the stock brass on the Ender S1.

The Diamond end delivers the heat all the way to the tip. Typically, you have a higher internal heat with the tip being colder. The high thermal conductivity lets the heat to be delivered to the tip letting you drop your internal temperatures. The polished end make for some beautiful ironing moves. Im using this 0.8mm on a volcano head and made a gold plated copper core to act as an insert adapter. Easily running >40mm^2/sec (still pushing it higher in testing). Use this machine for printing equipment boxes to hold components, covers, etc.. It is a big machine and needed to push some material accurately.

A diamond nozzle, sounds silly. Sounds like Im going to get a nozzle that sparkles, sputters, and then proves to be just like every other nozzle. I was so happy to be wrong. This nozzle is exactly what it says it is, in an industry with very little accountability for claims made by manufactures. It is a lot of money for one nozzle. Buy it anyways. I havent had to buy a new nozzle in almost 8 months now. I ran this nozzle into my magnetic PEI sheet and gouged a canyon in it. The nozzle was unscathed. No jams, no clogs, and I still get the smoothest layers running at the lowest temperatures of any of my brass, plated, or hardened nozzles.

Make sure the threaded section matches you current nozzles. It was too short for my Ender 5 S1 and caused it to get clogged.

Leaves a very smooth top surface

It works awesome on my Neptune 3 Pro. The best thing about this nozzle is filament will not stick to the diamond.

Nozzle kept clogging despite the companys claims that the diamond insert made this impossible. Swapped it out with a hardened steel nozzle so I could get back to work. Not worth the price.

    Greater than one week

I’ve been using their other offering on my all metal e3d v6, but my Creatbot F430 hasn’t gotten the same treatment. That’s all changed now, and the wait has been worth it. Beautiful prints, my only wish is it went up to 500c so I could use it for PEEK.

I dont give 5 star reviews, but this nozzle has done nothing but perform, and is working flawlessly for a couple of weeks now. Diamondback nozzles are the way to go in my book for now on.
