It makes it easy for stuff to fall out more so than if it had two zippers, where you could close it at the top.

Also, I can fit 3 Sippy cups. Evan after all that I still have room left over. So far it’s the best diaper bag I’ve gotten and I have had about 6 different diaper bags. I really like that there is so much room and there are thick straps on it to help old the weight. And I think it is very good quality.
