04-06-2025Our daughter just turned 1 two weeks ago. We have used only Pampers since she was born (aside from ONE pack of luvs that made her break out into a diaper shaped rash on the first diaper...they went back immediately). We used Pampers Swaddlers only until about 9 months (sizes 1 and 2). My MIL bought Pampers Cruisers for her when we moved up to size 3 finally, and while they were a little different, we had no issues with them and actually liked the cuter designs. They were much more fun to look at than the color change line. Back to my point here, no issues with Swaddlers or Cruisers. Last week I decided to do a price check just because, and found that we could get more Pampers Baby Dry for our buck than Swaddlers or Cruisers. I compared the amount, read reviews, checked features (all 12 hours, all 3 layers, all soft to the touch). They are Pampers, they must be good, I thought. WRONG. We are on night 5 of using Baby Dry and I hate them with a passion. The first night was in the end of a stomach bug that she had had for 2 weeks. Were talking 6-8 poops a day (poor girl), and NOT ONE blow out or issue with Pampers Cruisers. NOT ONE. The second diaper from the box of Baby Dry, 2 hours into sleeping she pooped, it was up the back, out both legs and the pee in her diaper had the diaper so swollen it looked like she had been in the diaper for 12 hours. The diaper was so full of 2 hours worth of pee (not a lot), that it didnt hold any poop. It just slid right out. Ok, this could be a fluke, and we have no other diapers at midnight, so we put the next one on. 3 hours later...shes peed out one leg. Had to wake up a sick baby to change her diaper. Not cool, Baby Dry. Ill save you every diaper change and give you the lowlights: 1) The tabs dont stick, or they slide along the fastener part. 2) The waistband always does a weird connection where the front part either slides too far up, or too far down and the tape hits her sides. 3) 5 nights of sleeping, weve had to change her at least 3 times a night so she doesnt pee her bed. This has NEVER happened in Cruisers or Swaddlers. She has slept 8-10 hours and been full, but never overflowed. We dont mind changing her, Im not looking for world record pee holding, we like her dry and able to sleep for as long as possible. That is NOT a benefit of Baby Dry. 4) They feel flimsy and cheap. I was surprised opening the bag and feeling them, my husband asked if they were Pampers when he felt them. We have contacted Amazon and gotten our return label to ship them back Monday morning. We will never use Baby Dry again. Im torn on how Pampers can be so awesome and suck so bad at the same time.

> 3 dayThis is not an authentic Pampers product - thinner / plasticy feeling compared to the ones purchased in stores.

Greater than one weekYep they are pamper diapers. Hold what they are suppose too. They dont hold as many pounds listed on the box but at least 5 to 10 pounds worth.

Greater than one weekI LOVE the Pampers swaddlers, but the price tag adds up. I wasn’t satisfied with the several other name & store brands I tried so I decided to look for a middle ground. These Baby Dry Pampers are super (overnight heavy wetter level) absorbent, have a good feel to them, and are an affordable price! I hate the Sesame Street design but at the end of the day, who cares. These are high quality diapers for a low price. Highly recommend!!!!
