Its just something about eggs that attracts the eyes and imagination of children. I purchased for my 2yr old grandbaby and she loved it. I like how with instruction and practice...it helps to engage the children in a fun curious way while helping to teach them and build skills in hand/eye coordination, dexterity, and shape and color association.

I like the durability, and the colours inside. I wish it had a little more diversity in colours though (there are multiple shades of blue and green instead of having other colours--I dont think it comes with a purple for example, but has one pink?). Some shapes are quite difficult for my toddler to put back together, but at least that means it can grow with your child.

the kids like to play with the eggs and the carton. it got dropped once and the carton cracked still useable wish it was made stronger. the eggs are very good quality

My preschoolers love these, they are great for fine motor, recognition and learning their colors.

My grandkids LOVE this toy. The 3 yr old and the 18 month old both play with it. I discovered it at a playroom, later found out Montessori endorses it. Extremely durable, highly recommend! Teaches colors, shapes and dexterity.

My sister odered this for my 2 year old nephew and keeps him busy, I think is a good toy to keep his mind occupied for his age, plus he also uses it in his kitchen toy. I think it would be a good gift for a kid.
