> 3 dayTL;DR - It giv de GUD SUC. FV - After using an old bag-style vacuum cleaner for years, I wanted to try something new. This is my first time purchasing a vacuum myself (last one was a hand-me-down from my parents). I had a feeling my old vacuum just wasnt sucking like it used to, and also wanted a bagless option to cut down on the cost of refills. It was $65 when I bought it, which was only slightly higher than the cheapest models available. I expected it would be good, but not great. Holy hell, was I surprised with the results. I have cats. Three cats, to be exact. They shed like crazy. So does my girlfriend, who has very long hair. My girlfriend also loves wearing comfy sweatpants that shed those tiny little fuzzy spots everywhere. Shes also really bad about getting crumbs everywhere when she eats. In short, I had my work cut out for me when it was time to vacuum every couple weeks. The old vacuum usually left stuff behind, and there was fur that looked like it was pretty deeply embedded into the carpets. I was hoping that this new one would at least get the surface stuff. This $65 demon exceeded my expectations by a wide margin. It sucked the crumbs. It sucked the hair. It sucked the fuzzies. It sucked the fur, even the fur that was pressed deep into the carpet fiber. It sucked the dust. It damn near sucked the color right out of the carpet (which, after my first two vacuuming sessions, I can recognize as being white instead of gray). In short, it will suck everything you put underneath it, or die trying. Which brings me to the only criticism I have about this vacuum: the motor gets HOT. Probably because of how furiously it tries to suck the very fabric of reality into its ravenous gullet. Be kind to this vacuum and give it a couple minutes of off time every 10 minutes or so you spend vacuuming, and it will probably never fail you. On that note, maintenance is a breeze. Ive been able to empty the dust container every time without incident, thanks to its idiot-proof design. Removing the various parts and filters for cleaning is not terribly difficult, though you do sometimes need to use a LITTLE force. My hope is that, years from now, Ill continue to look upon this Dust Devil the all the awe and respect with which I look at a killer whale. And that it will continue to function as efficiently in its duty as those horrific marine predators function in murdering all the sea life they come across.

> 3 dayIve owned several Dirt Devils. As I only have area rugs, and wood floors, I went with the smaller one. The suction is very good. I have three cats, and a dog. So lots of pet hair. This vacuum did the job. The only negative is that this vacuums base is a bit wobbly, and doesnt seem as sturdy as theDirt Devils Ive owned in the past. All in all a good little vacuum for the price.

Greater than one weekPowerful little vacuum. Really loud and makes a high-pitched squeal when picked up off the ground, and it tends to fall over when you use the hose on its own. BUT, the value is great and Im happy with my purchase. It didnt seem to have any problems picking up dirt/hair on hardwood or a low-pile carpet.

Greater than one weekBought this vacuum and used it for the first time and it did WONDERS. I had used my old vacuum and went over the carpeted areas and then switch to the dirt devil. I only did 2 passes in the hallway carpet and the reservoir was FILLED. (We have 2 dogs and one cat and two kids) so you can imagine our carpet needs attention daily. Love this thing and has been doing great for us!

Greater than one weekThe vacuum works great on flat cleaning, but I do not like the wand attachment, as when I try to clean the drapes or window areas, the vacuum falls over. The attachment should be lower for better balance.

> 3 dayOur husky and long haired cats have put several vacuums through the ringer in the last year. We received the Endura Reach yesterday, 1/25/2023. Assembly was easy enough, and we immediately put it to use in my son’s room. It pulled up two canisters full of cat hair and crumbs that we would have never known was in there with our previous vacuums. We took it a step further and ran it through the primary bedroom, where our husky spends much of his indoor time. We used a carpet rake until it no longer pulled hair, and still after vacuuming came out with SIX canisters full of hair that we wouldn’t have known was there. The primary bedroom killed all of our past units. This vacuum has done more for our carpets than four other vacuums combined, and only in the first day. I can’t speak for longevity as we’ve only just received it, but if you have heavy shedders, it’s definitely worth the $65 we paid for it.
