Tried to exchange for another one but there are no more available and of course my daughter loves it and were getting ready to go on vacation. So disappointing!!

Easy to spot on the luggage return, maneuvers smoothly, and lots of room for belongings. Made it from the east coast to the west coast and back and had no signs of distress from being handled in the luggage compartments of the airlines.
