disappointed when i received, to see the doll packaging was damaged. I Was going to give as a gift, but will not due to packaging. Other than the packaging, the doll was perfect.

Hair got a bit ratty and couldn’t get it back!

This was a gift for my granddaughter who loves Ariel. Her hair holds up for the frequent combing and brushing. Of course the skirt got removed on day one. But she has a painted torso and helps the doll not look naked.

Love that these dolls do not have bendable elbows and hands to break. These in my opinion are much more durable then the other princess dolls. Only have it four stars because it was a gift and the package was dented but because it was for my granddaughter I was not to worried about that. I did not rate durability as we just received them.

When I received the package it looks fine. When I opened the envelope the doll cardboard feels wet and soft. The plastic covering is broken. The doll looks fine. Just disappointed as its a gift.
