Disney Softside Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Minnie Mouse Denim, 21-Inch

I absolutely loved my Minnie luggage when I recieved it and packed for my Disney World trip for 9 days. On my return flight, Delta damaged my luggage. The zipper pulls were totally torn off with the lock I had on it, my suitcase was rifled through, and everything was soaking wet. Needless to say, it was an unhappy ending to a wonderful trip. I was kind of surprised that it was that easy for the zipper pulls to be taken off. I would buy it again but am still very upset about what happened.

The description states 24inch, a 21 inch was delivered. After online chat and phone call Amazon could not provide what was advertised. All the support I got was apologies for my frustration. Disappointed and disgusted!!

These suitcases are great! I just got back from a trip to WDW and these were a big hit with everyone who saw them. They held up well with the baggage handlers. They hold an amazing amount of stuff. They maneuver easily.

Very nice quality. Sooo dang cute. But like quite a few other people said they got scuffed up so badly on the white parts. All the polkadots are black now & only used it one time. & the carry on is kinda iffy on size. It’s bigger than the standard carry on size so you got to be careful some airlines won’t accept it.
