I have massage table pads which are great for catching liquid but terrible for the skin, they are not soft and they constantly stick to the skin. I am going to lay down the massage table pad and then put this soft pad on top. The regular incontinence pads for adults is 34 by 23 while this 24 x18. I cannot afford the adult incontinence pads so I think that this combination will do the job I think this work thus providing a much needed solution for me.

A friend gifted the peekapoo version but we ran out so I ordered these because its more cheaper than the brand name one. I thought it would be the same size as the peekapoo so it was my mistake not looking at the dimensions lol. But it works! We reuse them only discarding them once it gets soiled. Its adequate for changing diapers and saves our bed, couch, and changing table from the occasional surprise pee and poo squirts from an infant. Will buy again as we also use them for other purposes that requires surface protection.

Very small the size of a cereal box.

We use these to simplify clean-up in our diaper changing station and they work pretty great. They slip and slide around a lot because of the colored portion of the pad on the bottom but overall they make messy clean ups easier!

These are not only changing pad liners for babies. I ordered these for my cat. I have an old and sometimes sick cat that keeps throwing up on everything (my bed, his bed, etc.). I used to put down blankets and then do lots of laundry. However, with these pads, I can get better protection. I just throw this out after each incident and put down a new one. These are smaller than most incontinence liners but they still serve to reduce the heavy loads of laundry associated with using blankets instead of disposable underpads like these. Also, since they prevent any leaks, which blankets do not, the items underneath the pad stay dry. The only thing to watch out for with disposable underpads is that they shift easily if the patient (human or animal) moves a lot. If that is an issue, then I recommend using a washable underpad such as YEARSTAR Underpads (Amazon Item # B08VW8ST8W). Yes it is more work but no underpad will work if it shifts to an area that does not provide the protection needed. Since these are small, they are perfect as a changing pad liner. They are also great to line the inside of a small pet carrier in case a pet has an accident on the way to the vet or during travel. The current price of $19.99 for 50 pads comes to $.40 per pad, which is reasonable even though these are small.

These are ridiculous. Would barely cover a baby’s behind. Very disappointed. I will be returning for refund.

For years, Ive used pads like this on my cutting board to keep it clean when Im trimming meats and handling ground beef. Ive used a few different brands, and these work great. The absorbent side does contain the juices, and the plastic side keeps all of that liquid from getting through. They are easy to unfold and heavy enough to stay flat on their own without any work involved, and they are easy to fold back up and dispose of when done. There are multiple options for these types of pads available, and these are a good one if the price is right.

Its a little thin, but its smelly, and its far worse than the other brand I ordered.
