Why are these still advertised if everyone is complaining about only getting 1 pk of 10, not 70?

I was suppose to get 70 seat covers - 7 packs w/10 in each pack. Thats what the ad says. I got one pack w/ 10 covers. How do I even complain??? No number to call!
