Thick, leather-like material or aka PU leather. It is very easy to fit over the tire without any strings. Just make sure you check your tire size before purchasing. The adjusting is simple too and it fits snug without it flapping around or slipping off. Love this tire cover for my trailer.

A nice cover at a great price. Fits perfect on our 2913 Jeep Wrangler.

It is a bit big for 15” tires but it works and I like it, I think it complements my willys Jeep.

As I was putting it on the stitching tore out. A good tire cover tends to fit snugly but the least bit of pressure caused this cover to start falling apart. We never even got it fully on the tire. We had to throw away the cover the same day it was delivered to our house.

Works really well, much tougher than expected.

I bought this for my trailer and it’s not snug it’s very loose There’s no way to tighten it
