> 24 hourIm very impressed with these, especially for the price. They are very smooth rolling and seem very sturdy. My only concern with them is the gap between the wheel and the hub where the bearings are, seems like a good place for crud to collect when using them in a dusty shop environment. I think they could have been designed to cover that up to prevent problems, but time will tell if its really an issue.

> 24 hourThis is a mig/tig cart. Total load. 125 lbs= 250 cf Argon 125 lbs= 250 cf 75/25 Argon/CO2 130 lbs= metal frame ( being generous) 175 lbs= tool box. (Again generous) I lifted of the truck by myself. 10 lbs= Casters 555 lbs= total weight. No tools or welding machines ot yet. Now that you know yhe weight. According to the manufacture they should have a total weight carrying capacity of 1600 pounds. All the above weight should be able to be carried by two Casters and still have 255 lbs of available capacity. Yhe weight above was partially being carried by all four Casters but mainly by two giving a 80/20? load distribution. Now with all that being stated the caster did hold the weight without fail. Durability and rolling would the failure point. The one bearing in the wheel is a SINGLE shielded non sealed bearing with 7 balls. So at any one time there are only three balls max sharing weight load. Well technically two balls max can share the load at one time. Anyway the bearing balls are to large for heavy weights. This also going to cause the bearing to fail due to metal fatigue under heavy weight. With light weights it would last until the plastic wheel failed or the non sealed bearing gummed up with trash. Wheel construction. The entire wheel is plastic with a bearing pressed into the center. The plastic seems soft. With light weights (maybe 350 lbs. Each max evenly distributed) the wheel should hold up for a few years. But the soft plastic will fail over time due stretch and compression. The Polyurethane outer part of the wheel seems to be a soft compound as well. This is going to cause rolling issues due to the wheel having a flat spot when not rolling. Now the good. The brake locks to the wheel very well and also locks to the swivle. So when the the brake is applied it does not swivle while locked. So conclusion, this is not a caster for heavy weights. I would not use this for anything above 300 lbs total load. Single nonsealed bearing is subpair. The frame and swivle seems to be on pair with others I have looked at. So good luck it may work for your needs but in no way for mine.

> 24 hourThese were purchased to replace a set of inadequate, too small, casters on a teacher’s portable white board. With these installed, the problem was solved.

> 24 hourThe casters are perfect for one of my rolling shop cabinets. They are smooth rolling, locks and unlocks with minimal effort and were purchased at a good price. If needed, I would order them again.

> 24 hourNot that heavy duty. Maybe good for push cart, nothing over a couple hundred pounds. No good for decent sized work bench.
