I love having this to carry some keepsakes of my departed friend of 19 years. Quality if fantastic. The engraving was perfect and came with more accessories than I expected. I was very happy with the medium, I found it had a pretty generous amount of internal storage making it flexible enough to carry ashes and hair clippings while staying relatively compact. As good as the product is, the best part for me was contacting their customer service. The responses were quick and they went above and beyond to address my question. I got the sense they appreciate how personal these are to people and do everything they can to make that happen. Frankly it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

After recently losing my best friend of 12 years, my heart and soul of a being. I needed something more than pictures and keepsakes and this was perfect. The keyring allows me to have her on my keychain and with me at all times. The inscription was great and instructions followed perfectly. I love this memorial.

I’m so impressed with this urn necklace. It’s beautiful and the perfect size. It’s weighty without being too heavy for my sensitive neck and I can’t praise the custom engraving enough. This necklace is a huge comfort to me after losing my cat soulmate. It also arrived super early - Amazon doesn’t even show it shipped yet - the original arrival date was April 21 - May12 and I received it last night April 12. Definitely a great piece.
