Unfortunately the item was received with two of the nails missing which made the strings very loose. The missing nails were found in the packaging; however, when giving a gift for this occasion and having it shipped directly to the owners of the pet, it was not necessarily a good moment. She was able to fix it on her own but shouldn’t have had to. Other than that, they love it and have said it is a beautiful way to remember their fur baby

I bought this for my friend who recently lost her beloved dog. She was so grateful and absolutely loved it! You can tell some thoughtfulness went into the craftsmanship especially around the heart.

This is such a beautiful frame that I had bought. We recently lost our kitty and was so sad over losing him. I wanted something to remind us of him and this was such a perfect and beautiful frame.
