This was perfect for my puppys 1st birthday and it comes already assembled. You get 2 banners. I used the longer one to decorate my matle and the length was great. These were so cute! My so loved seeing them at his party! I loved that it was already strung together. It saved me so much time. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars, because I wish there was something printed on the back. We hung it somewhere where both sides would be visible.
