Greater than one weekSo Im not taking off any stars for my own incompetence when it came to reading the full description. That said, these handles are a nice sturdy hard plastic. I did purchase them thinking they were metal, but these seem like they will work just fine. I was a bit bummed on color selection and that other colors were differently priced, so I chose to get the cheapest black set and then painted them something that would match my daughters style a bit better. Cannot speak on the durability of the paint on the plastic, but Im going to give it ample binding time as the paint is for plastics. Ive included pics of how they came initially as well as one of the painted ones. No complaints.
