Works as advertised! Solid construction and easy to install.

I have a 133 year old home. Door opens unto a ‘niche’ in the wall. A basic door stop didn’t work from hitting the vintage hall tree we placed in the nook. This was the perfect door stop. Love the dark color to match the old dark molding.

It was easy to install - not sure why anyone would have issues unless they arent familiar with installing things with screws in general. I did install it on the door and not the wall - I know it is better on the wall but for my purposes the door works better. So it can be done. I would recommend if it is what you need but it is very long so you may want something shorter for most doors.

I was quite impressed as to the design and how sturdy they are. I am using them on the backs of my couches on the wooden legs so when we sit and the sofa slides , the sofa is not hitting the wall and the stops are hitting the baseboard. No damage to walls and the gap leaves us the area we need for our central heating to blow up through the floor.
