The board works as advertized and is a huge time saver. Four of the five ESP-12F chips flashed perfectly with Tasmota. One of the ESP-12F chips would not respond and I was unable to flash it.

Saves a ton of time trying to flash these chips. If you dont have a burner, you should get one.

This is very handy for programming ESP8266 devices that require additional components for stability while flashing. Ie ESP-01 and ESP-12x devices.

I had Arduino IDE open when it arrived, so I flashed the code I had open to each of the ESP-12Fs to test them. Then I tested the ESP-01 the code was for in the flasher, and it worked too. It is a simple web page. The flasher did its job and each ESP-12 connected to the WiFi, then presented the web page.
