I have had awful allergies since moving to the Sierra Foothill of California. Breathe ( 3 or 4 drops) in a diffuser has given me a break from having to use nasial sprays, and over the counter allergy pills. highly recommend, it at least works for me, I use it nearly year round. It is pricey, in the big picture though, well worth it.

Use in my diffuser when having congestion issues.

Great smell..

This stuff is incredible. My husband snores SO loudly that I often found myself moving to the couch or the guest room just to get a good nights sleep but a friend told me about doTerras Breathe essential oil blend and how it stopped her husband’s snoring after the very first use. I was skeptical but desperate and willing to try anything. We tried it and had the very same outcome the VERY FIRST TIME! My husband’s snoring stopped! It returns occasionally when he is congested but it never interrupts my sleep anymore! I even bought the roll on tube of Breathe for him and he loves using it at night. He also says he notices feeling more rested when using our essential oils! It’s a win-win!

Have used this oil for years and recommend it to help clear the head and breath better.
