08-06-2025I like the flavor but my dentist recommend I quit using this brand (I used the toothpaste too). I had used them and only them for two years and started getting cavities. My dentist explained that I wasnt protecting my teeth those two years by using these (they dont have fluoride). He doesnt recommend them and I agree now. I use colgate again.
