great product. I use it for digestive issues and it works.

They are powerful. even a little more Pepperminty than Altoids, so be prepared! But they are good for some types of headaches.

I love doTERRA Grapefruit Essential Oil. I place a couple drops in my water almost every morning instead of eating a grapefruit. I dont know if it really works for weight loss, but it sure does not hurt using.
