This stuff works so good for my allergies! It stops my runny nose in about an hour. I have taken this both in addition to Allegra as well as by itself and it really does work well for my allergies!

For the immune sistema is great!!! I recommended for the flu season.

My husband had tried every allergy medication on the shelf, and then my SIL recommended these. They have been a blessing. He takes one at night and one in the morning, and combines it with Allergena drops for complete allergy relief. About an hour before its time to take the pill he starts to get a little congested and runny, but about 15-20 minutes after he takes the pill, the oils have kicjed the sneezes abd snuffiness to the curb.
