I love it

My husband loves this product, so we decided to order in a pack. 3 out of the 4 were good. However, one bottle did not have a cap and leaked over everything. Even though the product is great, I have to give it less stars for the care given to packaging.

One of the bottles was empty. And all over the others. Just a mess.

Not sure why there is the need to have multiple versions of this flavor. I like the original Mild Formula. As it seemed to have less scent. Why not make this new formula a separate item all together?

The soap is fine, but dont like the scent. Prefer the extra fresh scent. The bottle cap could use a redesign because it is finicky to open and close.
