Always loved this brand and type of body wash. However the new and improved formula makes my skin feel super tight and dry right after showering. Much preferred the previous formula.

An excellent product but difficult to open while in the shower

I have used this product before. I love the scent. I gave it 4 stars because one of the bottles leaked and made a mess in shipping. I was surprised that they shipped them the way they did.

The order came with only 2 in the box. Those to were half empty due to leakage. I wanted to return the two bottle that were delivered but they were damaged with soap all over them. Now Ive been charged because they were not return.

Value for money when you buy in packs

This stuff is great. The scent isnt overpowering, it doesnt feel like a heavy duty cleanser, it leaves the skin feeling hydrated and clean.

Bottle is a poor design. Doesnt stand up very well

Smells fantastic and really cleans. I will always use dove soap because it seems to be the most effective than all other brands. It can be pricey at times, but the quality is unmatched.

I have to say after years of using Dove products both soap, body wash, and deodorant this is the first time I have been truly disappointed. I usually buy in bulk so 8 or 10 bottles and along with my bar soap it takes 2 years to use it all. Anyway, I was just in the shower this morning and my last bottle of Dove Extra Fresh Body Wash ran out. I reached in the cupboard for my new bottle and was instantly saddened. The stuff I had been using for the past 2 years was twice as thick and created a nice lather and it smelled 3 times fresher and stronger than the new reformulated bottle. I will probably never buy this product again, especially sight unseen from Amazon. In an effort to pump up profits they have made a substandard watered-down version of what I thought was a great product. Watery, weak smell, and smaller bottle, what a letdown. I have to say I wasnt a big fan of the pump bottle as it was hard to get out and you were always left with a bunch of soap in the bottom. Oh well, Dove has lost a customer and I guess I will be reading some reviews and head to the grocery store to pick up some new body wash.
