> 3 dayLikes: seems pretty effective at blocking nasty, wet armpits Dislikes: doesnt block BO as well as my previous deodorant; pretty expensive; while it doesnt cake up in my armpits, I dont really like the white powdery residue. Im not sure that using this forever wouldnt end up messing up my t-shirts sooner than a gel based deodorant.

> 3 dayIt keeps me dry and smells fresh while the scent is not too strong. It will last at least 24 hours for me. Although I havent had problem with it, it will really dry your skin, so maybe not the best choice for those with sensitive skin

> 3 daySo I purchased this for my hubby who has a strong scent of BO when he is active and working, he wears deodorant but they only mask the scent and doesn’t work, after using this product there hasn’t been any issues! This is a great deodorant and definitely recommend!

> 3 dayId been using Toms deodorant for well over 5 years now, and had been really happy with their products until this past year when they started putting a known skin irritant in their deodorant which caused quite a lot of issues with customers which resulted in red and inflamed skin. Gave Dove a try and have been ecstatic about the results. Will not be going back to Toms. Thank you Dove.

> 3 dayDoesnt stop my sweating, mine is just SO bad I dont know what to do.. So Im giving it 4 just because of that. Otherwise, the smell is very very nice, I *think* it helps with the sweating (but I think thats just a placebo effect or wishful thinking) Im still going to be using it until I find something that stops my consistent sweating since it smells very refreshing and compliments my other products very well. I recommend it, but if you have REALLY bad sweating, dont get your hopes up. (P.S.- I did use this correctly, applied at night time before bed & even in the morning, no luck.)

> 3 dayI have had issues with excessive sweating since I was a kid. I have been trying different antiperspirants lately and have given this one a try. My sweating did not stop completely like with some other deodorants, but it did help significantly. I was sweating, but a more reasonable amount. As for the smell, it smells great. Fresh but not overpowering like some other options out there. It dried quickly as well. As for sensitive skin, I did not have any issues whatsoever with rashes or breakouts. I have had these issues with some other antiperspirants, but never with this one. No itching, breakouts, uncomfortably, etc. The only downside is that it is small. I ran out rather quickly, but I did use quite a bit at a time. I also had to apply every night and every morning to keep the fresh scent. All in all, a solid antiperspirant, but maybe not for people with extremely excessive sweating like myself.

> 3 dayI think this stuff takes a while to kick-in but Ive gone from pouring sweat out of my pits (sometimes in a cool room, under non-stressful conditions) to putting this on about once a week and feeling dry as a bone -- unless Im working out. I get a little skin irritation, and some may find the tackiness unpleasant, but I think this product is totally worth it. ** Edit, March 2015: I dont know what happened. It might be a change in the product formula or it might be a change in my body. Dove clinical used to dry out my pits completely and consistently. Then everything changed. Without changing my routine I began to sweat more and more until I was simply pouring sweat out of my armpits for no reason. You know its bad when youre stuffing napkins into your armpits every 15 minutes and still creating huge sweat patches on your shirts. A radical change was needed and I decided to ditch aluminum based anti antiperspirants for a while. Day by day I noticed less pit sweating. For the last couple of weeks Ive put nothing in my pits but a couple of squirts of cologne to keep the BO away and Im dry as a bone. Excessive sweating is a source of huge embarrassment and physical discomfort for many people and I would say this product is worth a try if youre desperate -- we all react so differently to different products. For me, I can honestly say that Dove now makes me sweat more than when I wear no antiperspirant at all.
