Dove Purely Pampering Shea Butter Cream Wash 250ml 3-Pack

I had used 1 of the 3 bottles to refill my soap dispensers, and then put the other 2 in my garage for storage inside the cardboard shipping box they had arrived in. When it came time to grab one of them a few months later, I found both bottles cracked in the same location and about 3/4 of the soap had leaked out of each. I live in southern CA and we almost never get below 40 degrees, so I doubt it was weather related and I have plenty of other plastic bottles stored in my garage which have never cracked open. The cleanup from these leaks was extensive and I lost more than half of the total soap. I cannot recommend.

I really like this Dove hand soap. It comes in a convenient pump container. The liquid soap itself smells great - a warm combination of coco butter and vanilla. The soap is thick and silky feeling. And after using, your skin feels soft and clean. Id recommend them.

The soap itself is functional and doesnt feel like it dries my hands but the scent is pretty awful. Shea butter scent is pretty strong, which is fine, but theres not much of a vanilla scent, which would also be fine if the rest of the scent wasnt like walking through the perfume section at [DEPARTMENT STORE]. For twenty minutes after washing up, expect to feel like you fell face-first into a display shelf full of various cheap colognes and broke every bottle.

When I bought them, they say it was the body wash when I got them is a hand wash

This is not the same Dove bought in stores. The scent is somewhat shea butter vanilla but its more of an overwhelming floral scent. The scent lasted wayyyy too long for hand soap. My body wash scents dont even last that long. I used it once to wash my hands before bed and couldnt fall asleep because of the smell. I had to wash off the scent. Its very drying as well. Also, there is no safety seal. Never again.

It was clear that the bottles had been previously opened and/or spilled as there was an unappealing residue on the bottle caps. The bottles are NOT filled up all the way, more so 3/4 of the way. Especially due to these two factors, is why this product is extremely overpriced for what you get. (I.E. in comparison to Dial which offers 3 bottles 52 oz each for $11 and more positive reviews). The smell on this soap is particular overpowering as well. I LOVE vanilla as a scent but this particular brand of vanilla scent is very artificial and lingers. I can smell the soap from my hands while typing this simply from having touched the icky bottle caps. I highly recommend you go with another brands as you will get more bang for your buck.

Very good, nice smell! Lots of lather. My hands have been soft since using dove, pampering on them.

My biggest complaint is that they do not sell a refill package. I feel anything we can do to help the environment we should be doing. Four plastic bottles is a lot of plastic to aint in a landfill. Come on Dove you can do better. I am looking for an alternative that offers a refill option.

Really soft to touch soap that feels moisturizing and clean. Smells really nice also. Really like the scent and how it lathers well.
