Dove Scrub Macadamia & Rice Milk Reveals Visibly Smoother Skin Body Scrub That Nourishes Skin 10.5 oz

Ive been using this exact product for years and am very familiar with how it should look and feel. Since it is sometimes hard to find in stores, I recently ordered a jar from Amazon. This one is NOT the same consistency as every other jar Ive had, its much looser and falls off my fingers before I can get even get it to my face. I watched a few product review videos, and all but one showed the firmer whipped version that I am used to. There was one more recent video that matched the runny consistency of my latest jar, so Im wondering if Dove has changed up the formula? It still works and smells as good as I expected, its just much harder to use in the shower when it just drips off your fingers as soon as you scoop it out of the jar.

Its very hydrating, smells amazing, and exfoliates well. I love the texture its rough but not too rough and once I wash it off my skin is nice and moisturized. Ive had plenty of body scrubs but this one is my favorite Id recommend it. It also doesnt make my tub greasy like the ones Ive used before. Im hoping it also brightens my skin over time.

Very good scrub! Lovely scent very fresh but slightly sweet. Great gender neutral (whole family use) scent very pleasant. Id say it weirdly to me smells like very clean soap but almost like an oatmeal cookie which may be odd to compare the two but its what I think of. The type of micro fine nut scrub it is , is ideal for sensitive skin and frequent but gentle exfoliation. Very pleasant soft feeling scrub. Has a nice creamy feel to it. I will say if you are wanting very or even above average moisturizing benefits off this scrub Id recommend a tree hut sugar scrub instead but I really really like this scrub I dont mind to have to moisturize a bit more after the shower. It kinda works like this salt or sand scrubs are often better for normal to oily skin , sugar for dry sensitive skin, nut scrubs for very sensitive skin (as long as it is micro shelled like this not large shelled ones like apricot, pecan or walnut shell thats heavy corse textured it has to be mulled finely like this macadamia one) unfortunately depending it can and so can salt or sand strip some moisture as sugar implements skin moisture but regardless--- I love this scrub I love the scent, the feel and you can not beat the value

Ive never used body scrubs before, always stuck to soap and washing with loofas or handheld cloths. Never again. This stuff paired with an easy to wash silicone brush makes for an incredible experience--after I wash with my standard soaps, I scrub my arms, legs, chest, back, and feet with this scrub. On God, I have never smelled a better personal hygiene product in my life. It just smells SO good, it reminds me of freshly baked sugar cookies, or brown sugar and nutmeg, it makes me smell like I walked out of a bakery without being overwhelming or too powerful. I really enjoy the texture of the scrub, too, its not too milky and not too thick. Will definitely be repurchasing this later.
