I usually use Avent bottles but gave this one a try due to the reviews. It does work better as a colic note than the Avent. It does however, takes more effort to clean.

Tried these and the Tommee Tippee ones, although those arent bad they do take a hard second place to Dr. Browns. Less gas and my son took to the wide necked nipples with no issues. 10/10

We’ve now used Dr. brown bottles for both our babies and haven’t had a complaint. We used others but nothing compared to Dr. browns - less spit up, gas, and ease of getting the kids to use them.

Unfortunately these bottle leak. So if youre feeding your baby and they stop sucking, the milk drips out and pools in their mouth causing them to cough or choke. It also spills if it tips over, unless you have the cap on it. My son loved the bottle and took it fine but we struggled with it leaking and hed fall asleep and have the milk keep dripping in his mouth. There are also more parts to clean, although I didnt find that too much of a hassle or time consuming.

Not sure why some people say these leak or leave a negative review. My reflux baby does the best drinking from these bottles. Minimal to no reflux, and the bottles do not leak! I just place all of the parts in the dishwasher (minus the nipples) and dry them in the Dr Browns bottle sterilizer. These are the only bottles we use. Don’t hesitate to buy them - they are great!

Best bottles ever for newborn! I tried others & they led to gas, switching to these has been amazing and has made bottle feeding so much easier and more comfortable for my little one!

Only dislike about these bottles, was the leaking. Took me 2 months to figure out how to stop the leaking. After aligning vent hole with tube angle tip and angled tube tip upright during feeding, my leaking stopped. I use the angle tip as reference for where the vent hole is. Baby was born early and Dr Browns is one of the very brands few that offer preemie slow flow nipples.

My baby is breastfed. Although I really liked these anti colic bottles and they really do help diminish colic— my only issue is that my baby didn’t take to them well. She actually had nipple confusion because these bottles are so different from a woman’s natural nipple shape and size so she had a hard time using these. It actually made her decrease the amount of food she was getting so she stayed fussy. If you are breastfeeding I’d recommend Nanobebe or vomiting brands. They are great.

I struggle with breastfeeding and my lactation consultant recommended this bottle with the premie nipple, so baby won’t get milk easily but still have the correct suction! 3 months later we are still on premie and we are still breastfeeding!! Great tip.
