Greater than one weekI bought this fan for my office, as there are a lot of people crowded into a small room and it quickly gets too warm. While I laugh at the name Dr. Prepare I honestly LOVE this fan! It moves a lot of air and quickly helps me cool down. I love the oscillating feature so that my coworkers can cool down, also! There is a faint squeak at the end range of oscillation but I quickly got used to it. I havent used the remote control of timer function, so I dont have any input on that.

> 3 dayWhen I ordered this Dr. Prepare fan, I thought it would be a bit bigger so when I received it, I was quite dismayed with the size. Just look at the picture I attached, which shows a comparison of how big and tall this Dr. Prepare fan is along with a bottle of Dasani water and a Monsterarts GMK Godzilla toy. Its as tall as two Godzilla toys and 1 and 3/4 of a standard Dasani bottle. I thought it would be a very weak fan. Thankfully this Dr. Prepare fan proved to be much better than what my initial disappointment led me to believe. It has three levels of fan speed, low - medium - high. The only one that matters to me is the high setting because it provides the best cooling experience for me. The high setting can actually be felt from a few feet away, which is good! As for the noise level, there is barely any sound coming from it at the highest level at all. Its an extremely silent fan so you can easily fall asleep if you want peace and quiet. When I tested this on the first night of getting it, I actually forgot that it existed because I couldnt hear it. This fan oscillates at quite a slow pace. Due to how small this fan is, I consider it more as a personal fan, so the oscillating function isnt really something useful to me, its simply there as an extra option. As for the timer, I dont use it. I prefer having the fan on at all times until I find the need to turn it off. The only fault that I can find about this fan is how short its power cord is. I estimate its only around 5 or 6 feet long so you cant use it very far away from an electric outlet. In conclusion, although its a small fan, it does perform its job very well. The air coming out from the two fans is refreshing and quite strong at the highest setting. There is really no noise that can be complained about, its really a very silent fan. Because of its small size but satisfying air flow, you can easily put this anywhere you can, as long as there is a nearby power outlet. Since it performs way better than what I expected it to be, this Dr. Prepare fan gets a perfect score from me.

> 3 dayI read the reviews, and sure enough the small % of people that complained about the fan clicking when oscillating happened to me too! Was hoping it was a very rare occurrence, but I would assume it is the case that it doesnt bother most people. To be fair, the click only occurs on ONE side of the side to side oscillating action. And the click is relatively quiet. So far, it doesnt feel too big of a deal... provided it doesnt get louder! This occurred only after daily usage of 2 weeks. 5 stars for air blowing force and price. Even at low, it reaches fairly far and pushes a lot of air for a little guy. But be aware, due to the engineering of this fan having so much fan grill density it creates air turbulance within the small tower which equates to more noise... meaning as soon as you get to medium or high, it is quite loud, but the trade off is it pushes a LOT of air for such a little guy, as I said. -2 stars due to the click issue, turbulence noise. this 3 star fan is good enough, especially for the price, for daily use.

> 3 dayWorks fine except it started making a creak/grinding noise after about 2 weeks when its oscillating. Very annoying when sleeping. Other than that its fine. Not worth $30.

> 3 dayVery sleek and appears to be well built, but osulating feature is a bit noisy on day 2, and continues. Not quite as strong of air flow as I had hoped for, but overall, a good little fan for the price.
