Hello, I started using this with my kidney pain (not a huge bath person) but I do enjoy this, paired with a nice drink and relaxing at night it is just exceptional! I really found that with the lavender it calms my anxiety and helps put me to sleep. In todays world I know all of us could use a better sleep, and less stress! I kid you not since I started taking baths with this salt, I’ve experienced less inflammation and such great effects. It doesn’t seem like it could make such a difference but wow I feel good!!

Love Dr. Teals products. When I am pregnant I love soaking my achy muscles in the bath & these are perfect. I’ve tried multiple scents & love them all. The lavender is perfect for relaxing. The oil smells wonderful too and added some bubbles. They’re a little pricey but worth it compared to other brands.

Dr. Teals Epsom salt is hands down my favorite product to use when I take a bath. The scent is so relaxing and moisturizes my skin so well.

I recently started a workout regimen. Epsom salts are great for my aching muscles. But, I’m glad these come w bubble bath because my husband loves to walk in on me in the bath and I’m not fit enough yet to let him see me without bubble camouflage. Perfect combo.

Was buying this separately from the retail store and Ive just saved myself so much money by finding this bundle on Amazon. It cut my cost by half ! Work well especially after a long day or tough workout session. If you like lavender scent, you should try this out. So worth It !

I really enjoy the dr teals lavender epsom salt soaks as I have been struggling with servers sciatic pain and nerve pain from labor and being a mom of little ones! I find soaking a couple times a week at bedtime with this to be so relaxing! Especially nice to use after some therapy at the chiropractor! The scent is wonderful too! My 2 year old daughter walked into the bathroom the next morning and said, “Mommie it smells so good in here!” So that is a bonus too!
