This is a great product. I tend to be cautious about off-brand replacement pieces, but the price was tempting, and the ratings looked good. So I took the chance, and Im glad I did. It was easy to install, and I was able to reset the machine quickly to signal the replacement (and get rid of the error message) with no trouble. Since then Ive printed numerous pages, and everything is running smoothly. Note: my machine is DCP-L2540DW, so I can confirm that the drum works very well in this particular product line.

Why buy name brand when you can buy a knock off that works the same, if not better? Drums are costly. I am pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy again.
