I have a Brother MFC-L5900DW that I use a LOT. The print quality was beginning to suffer and I realized the drum needed to be replaces. I was hesitant to go off brand but I really wanted to find something that would give me the Brother quality without the crazy price. Well - the print quality is back to the way it was when I first fot the printer. Going forward, Ill be getting more of these WISETA drums and toners to keep this printer going for the long haul!

This product works exactly as it is supposed to!

This drum unit came packaged well for shipping and was in a sealed plastic bag. Im using it with an OEM toner cartridge. It slid in perfectly, and was immediately accepted by the printer (HL-L6300dw). Print quality was excellent, and if it lasts the stated 30,000 pages Ill be happy. This drum is a little on the expensive side, however. And as of 12/15/2022, delivery time for another one is 1-2 months out. It does what its supposed to do - gives good prints. Price is on the high side of fair, but if it lasts, its a good deal. Shipping time on additional units is a concern.

I really like Brother printing equipment, but some of the replacement items can be expensive. I needed to replace my drum unit in my all-in-one and was happy to see this was available as a Vine item. It is not the cheapest drum unit Amazon sells, but it is still considerably less expensive than the factory part. The quality of this unit is fine, it installed in my printer without issue. The most critical thing for me is print quality. Saving money doesnt help if the print is bad. I compared print after this was installed to print from the same machine early in the OEM drums life and I cant tell the difference. The other critical issue for me is life of the part. Buying a cheaper drum is a false economy if it fails early. This replacement is rated at 30,000 pages and Im nowhere near to that yet. Print quality has remained excellent so far and I will update in the event of an early failure or print quality issues.

This is the 2nd or 3rd new drum I have installed in a Brother HL-L6200 DW. I am currently using my third printer printer of this type. The installation just takes a few minutes. Open the printer toner/drum compartment. Pull the drum carriage out and remove the toner cartridge. Transfer the toner cartridge into the new drum and place the new drum carriage and toner cartridge back into the printer. (Follow the included instructions in the box.) Its always nice not to have to use the more expensive Brother drums and toner cartridges. The print quality using this drum is good and the printer handle double-sided documents easily.
