> 3 dayThis game is presented as a simple, fast-paced game thats great for all ages. In the beginning, despite having the most facial hair in the room, the instructions werent very clear to me about how the game play happens. There is a QR code to scan for an instructional video. Its a great video and I really enjoyed it, but it just goes over the instructions and doesnt explain anything new. Still, its worth a watch. The question is this: do you play your card(s), replenish, and go to the next player? Or do you play your card(s), the next person tries to match, and others around the table repeat until it gets back to you? It seems like the former, but after watching the video a few times we didnt see anyone replenishing. Despite that confusion, though, we decided to go with the former, since it made sense. One other criticism, just to get it out there, is that the cards had a texture that helped them to stick together. You have to deal the entire deck out at the start of each game, and every time we played I had to go back and have each player count their cards to make sure we had an equal number. It might just be my dry skin or static electricity, so itll probably be different for everyone. The game play was fast and fun. Being forced to grab the discard pile made it feel like you were doomed, but the pace of the game allowed us to clear out those huge hands pretty fast. It also helped to upset the balance of the game and prolong it. That was a good thing, though, since overall it was still around the 15 minutes per game on the box. The facial hair theme was fun, too, along with the themed special cards. Overall, a rules clarification would be nice (even if its online or in a video) as would a different coating on the cards, but those are minor detractors. Given the ease and pace of play, fun theme, and the video (especially the video, since they definitely had fun making it!), Im inclined to give the benefit of the doubt with five stars.
