I bought this for my childhood DS lite (getting back into the OG pokemon games I played) and while it doesnt charge as fast as my older DS chargers did (meaning, the DS drains the battery faster than the charger can... charge), it gets the job done. Its also, 100%, not official Nintendo.

I really dont know how it worked. I ordered the wrong one. It looked in good condition.

Cant say more than the headline. It works well, and I use it when Im selling DS Lites and dont need a official Nintendo cable. It works just as well.

Exactly what I needed

The charger works and its worth the purchase. The only thing that may be an issue is that while charging, theres this high pitch frequency. Although you dont really hear it if youre charging somewhere else, it still is slightly annoying.

Daughter uses it everyday. Works great.

The charger arrived defective, which soured my mood considering the strangely pricey shipping cost. What a waste.

It makes mechanic noise and that bothers me a bit but other than that it works as described.
