> 3 dayBeen anticipating the release of this for a while, and was not disappointed. The two new classes are fun and well-balanced, and both have enough differentiating them from the base game to keep things interesting. We added this deck on to our current Dungeon Mayhem one as soon as we received it; we were a little worried that it would unbalance the game or make things overwhelming, but play was just as streamlined and fun as it was with four (or fewer) players. A must-purchase for anyone who enjoyed the base Dungeon Mayhem game.

> 3 daySuper fun. Kids love it. Cards are of low quality in general compared to any card stock I’ve seen. They will need to be replaced after the first year easy.

> 3 dayThe base game is a great, easy and quick game that is simple enough for even my 5yr old to play (I know the game notes for 7+). Although there is a bit of reading (but not a ton), it is based off symbols for the most part and this makes it much easier to know when actions are taken place.

Greater than one weekI love this game so much that even before this expansion I made 5 of my own characters to play with more people. This just adds more people with new game mechanics but doesn’t bog down the gameplay. Great addition

Greater than one weekWe’ve purchased three full sets of this game (including all the expansions) and gifted it to two households after playing it with our families on a recent vacation. It translates well for multiple age groups. It’s fast. It’s fun, and everyone down to the 5 year olds can have fun. That makes it a big winner for us.

> 3 dayI love this game! I bought the original game, the monster madness expansion, and this 2 deck expansion. This expansion is still playable just by itself and is a great way to get acclimated to playing with more people if you get it solo. It is a fun two player game, but you can play with up to 6 with the main set, and up to 12 with both other sets. It is not as exciting with only 2 players, however these are two of the most exciting decks in the game! I really like the Druid, but it can be a little complicated to play because you need to switch between bear and wolf mode. That being said, it is my favorite deck out of the main 6 to play with! My original favorite decks were the Barbarian and Rogue, but after I started playing this deck it switched to Druid and Paladin. Even if you don’t understand what I’m saying because you never have played dungeons and dragons before, I still recommend the game to all people who love fantasy or RPGs or TCGs. Even if you don’t like those that much I have gotten some of my family, including my aunt and grandma who hate learning new games to play with me and understand perfectly on the first play through! If you buy this alone it is fun to learn, but if you buy it with the other sets it can be a blast to teach to all of your friends and family at holiday parties or just all around get togethers. I 100% recommend getting this, however I would also recommend getting the main set with it. I would say for the price it is definitely worth the money if you just want to play with a single loved one and not worry about the decks! Have a great new year and definitely get this for your nerdy loved one!
