I wanted to paint my 21 year old scuffed up and discolored drift boat. The finish I used required sanding to 220 and a light sanding before the finish coat at 320. I’ve never painted Aluminum and even with a high quality pneumatic sander it was still a lot of work. Buying the quantity of sandpaper at my local hardware store would have cost me 5 times as much at least. I don’t have any complaints and my old drift boat looks young again, well young with a dent or two.

Overall the disks perform nicely. The stick-on backing grips very well, even with an old pad. The only issue I had was the life of the disk is a little short of what I am used to. I would buy them again.

Look elsewhere they dont stick and just fly right off. Im pissed wasting this much money and cant use them. I knew I shouldve just stuck with the normal name brand but I took a chance and I regret it.
