This stuff made me smile (and laugh at myself!) Ive been working on a 30 bead-board porch ceiling for months now. Three butt joints, lots of hard-drying putty, sanding, carving, more putty, more sanding, more putty, etc. Down to sanding four coats of oil-based primer and I finally discovered this stuff! I spent so much time making the butt joints disappear (my daughter with the eagle eye cant find them) that I cant help but wonder how much faster and easier it wouldve gone with this product. Cut some detailed long boards yesterday, and the backing stuck perfectly to a 45-degree edge, and it cleans and smooths the bead grooves much better than I ever thought Id be able to get them. Will try foam backing tape on the boards today for the flat surface to see how the paper sticks.

I saw this product on one of Paul Sellers woodworking videos. I wanted to use the product for my sharpening and the self adhesive back would help with slipping. As it turns out, the adhesive is fabulous. It holds the paper to a flat surface vey well and then easily peels off without a residue. Someone put a lot of work into that adhesive. The paper holds its sharpness for several uses. Of course the product is not as sharp as the first use but remains very usable after vacuuming or brushing the surface clean. Additionally, I love the slit to width form factor and the variable length of the roll. Great product. Im hooked for life.
